Description: Do you WANT to meditate on a regular basis but are having trouble disciplining yourself? Join us weekly and gain the support of other meditators. All faiths are welcome as meditation is simple silent sitting. This meditation will be accompanied by Tibetan Bowls, Bells and Tingshaws which will induce the alpha state. One-on-one sound healing treatments can also be arranged. Bring your cushion. A social gathering follows each meditation. Tea will be available. Bring snacks if you wish. You are welcome to join this group at any time.

Cost: $10 or $5 for seniors, students or low income
